Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: Prints are wrapped in acid-free paper and shipped in a mailing tube.
Original artworks are carefully wrapped then packed in custom made boxes to ensure safe arrival.
Textiles are sealed in acid-free paper or a cello bag and shipped in a rigid mailer.
Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your artwork is on its way.

As each original painting and fine art print is carefully prepared to order, I’m unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please take a moment to ensure you've selected the right artwork and that your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
If for any reason your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@evacassiniart.com. I'll work with you to arrange the best solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
