Refund Policy
I pour a great deal of care, time, and intention into every artwork I create, so it means a lot to me when a piece finds a home where it is truly loved.
Because original artworks and fine art prints are carefully prepared and packaged for safe transport, I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Art is delicate to ship, and repeated handling can put the work at risk, so I'm unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
Please take care when placing your order and ensure all details, including your shipping address, are correct. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, I am unable to cover the cost of redelivery.

Damages & Issues
Every artwork is shipped in sturdy packaging designed to protect it in transit. But sometimes, despite our best efforts, things happen. If your artwork arrives damaged, I promise we’ll sort it out together.
Your package is fully insured, so there’s no need to stress. If there’s any damage, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can work out the best solution—whether that’s a refund or a replacement.
Here’s what I’ll need from you:
✔️ Photos of the external box
✔️ A clear picture of the shipping label
✔️ Photos showing any damage to the artwork or frame
The more detail, the better. Please send these images to hello@evacassiniart.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and I’ll get onto it right away.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved due to damage, loss, or another eligible circumstance, you will be notified once your claim has been reviewed.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
